All our JCB replacement parts come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and terms vary by product and will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.

Niks Spares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our website or products.
